Hi friends, hope everyone had a nice Monday. Let’s start out praying for the animals less fortunate then us and ask they find better times. Lets pray for wolves and tigers who get trapped horrific ways by poachers. As always we pray for all fur type seals who face very harsh realities. We go on to pray for all animal victims of these senseless sports counting on their anguish and inevitable demise. What a disregard for life. God did not put these angels in this life to be abused for our amusement. Let’s pray for all animals being mistreated and neglected, and ask for their safety immediately. Amen. Love Sammy & Family.

Goodnight Dear Friends. The week begins again tomorrow. Let’s make it a good one. Let’s look at each day as a new opportunity for change in our own lives, as well as the happiness we can bring to others. Random acts of kindness always feel good for the person giving and you can add to the beauty of the world by doing so. Let us never forgot that each person has a path and a journey on this earth, and each comes with trials and tribulations. No one is immune. Let us always keep that in mind in our daily dealings and treatment of others. We pray for the forgotten. People and animals suffering, deserving of a better life. Deserving love, but struggling to live without it every day. We pray for the abused , the neglected and the abandoned. We pray for those that have lost hope and need Gods light to shine on them, to show them a way out. We pray for the disabled, the elderly, the addicted and the mentally ill. We pray for the animals whose lives are taken so ruthlessly , for sport and recreation. We pray for a better world where there can be peace between people of all nations and backrounds, and all living beings can live in freedom and equality. Special prayers going out tonight for a very special and beloved puppy, named Rosie. Rosie was 2 years old and was a very sweet and loving companion, to her adoring Parents, Heather and Rusty. Rusty is overseas serving our country. Because of circumstances, Rosie was being cared for by a family until her Mom could get into an apartment. She was so excited to pick up Rosie and move her into their new home. The day before Heather was to arrive, in a tragic turn of events, Rosie was struck and killed by a car after getting out of the yard where she was staying. Her family is devastated. Please keep them in your prayers and God bless Rosie who is truly an angel. Special prayer out as well, for a Pit Bull in San Antonio, named Janna. Found in a vet’s parking lot with lacerations to her throat from a machete, Janna is fighting for her life. There was another dog found the same way, who did not survive. We pray for the strength of this defenseless creature, who deserved so much more in this life. And to all of the animals, all over the world, treated in these horrific ways, you are not alone. We pray for you. No lives will go in vain. No pain will go unnoticed. Amen. Love, Sammy and Family.

Welcome to the Rewrite of ” Point Break ”

Let’s take it right from the point where Keanu has Patrick Swayze handcuffed. Patrick was urging Keanu to set him free so that instead of being caged, he could catch that once in a life time wave and die with dignity. Keanu for a moment, recalled a Morgan Freeman movie where he said, “ Some birds aren’t meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright “. He realized then, that if ever a saying was relevant, it would be right here with Swayze, the man who lives, breathes and thrives in nature. So Keanu lets him go and Swayze starts walking towards the wave that would inevitably take his life. While walking towards his end, he gets hit with an epiphany that will turn this whole thing around for him. Swayze asks Keanu, please hear me out. Patrick says with passion, we all the know the term “ Surf and Turf”. As at matter a fact, Keanu said i just had that for dinner last night. Well Keanu, how about I create “ The Surf and Work Program “? So at least if you want to be a professional surfer, you will also have to learn a sense of responsibility. Kind of like the Co-op Program at Northeastern University. You go to school there for a year, and then you work for a semester, and so on and so on. This way when you graduate, you already have some work experience.

This was groundbreaking thinking that changed the face of surfing forever. This was finally a way for surfers to purse their true passion, and not have to create mischief to make a living.

Surfing was no longer about “ Dude, lets catch some waves “, It was now, ” Lets do some work, so we can surf later.” Patrick Swayzes surfing program (Surf & Work), became such a hit, that now Patrick has to teach thousands and thousands of newcomers, how to balance on a surfboard in the water. One day a very famous Director named Emile Ardolino from Hollywood came to take surfing lessons. He was so impressed with the way Patrick Swayze moved his body to deal with all the waves, that he asked Patrick if he would be interested in trying out for a New Movie. Patrick said “100 percent yes”. So Patrick tried out for Emile Ardolino’s new movie “Dirty Dancing”. In an instant he got the part. He was a natural after all the bobbing and weaving over his years of being a surfer. Patrick accepted the offer as long as that the Producers would hire Kate Bosworth, from “Blue Crush” could be his dance partner in the new movie. The director agreed. Patrick officially turned a very negative start, into a full happy life. A major life lesson was learned here.
