#GottaHangInThere
Month: June 2015
We all know that actors and actresses talk about how hard a “Crying Scene” is to do. Sammy & Family has figured out the anecdote for the Actors struggles. Listen to Karen Carpenter Music while filming the scene and you will ball your eyes out. And probably win an Oscar.
Anecdote for Actors and Actresses struggling doing crying scenes in movies.
Don’t let the fear of what could happen make nothing happen.
This is a mandatory quote that needs to be drilled into our heads.

Just another Magic Sunday
Good morning friends.
Happy to be here with everyone on Sunday Funday. This is our favorite morning of the week. Sammy is illustrating a depiction of letting imagination in the door and back into our lives. Why ? Because that’s what we do on Sundays. We become us again, the people we set out to be from the very beginning.
Its just another Magic Sunday. See you all tonight. Yours truly, Scott Smith
You know you’re getting older when you look back at an old picture and you cant remember how old you were in that picture
Food for thought
Somewhere In the Night
Good evening friends. I love this picture and wanted to share it with y’all. I felt it was fitting to put Barry Manilow’s lyrics from his song “Somewhere in the night” to go along with this very special picture of Vanessa and Patreeko.
♫♫♫ Laying beside you lost in the feeling, So glad you opened my door, come with me. Somewhere in the night we will know. Everything lovers can know. You’re my song, music too magic to end, I’ll play you over and over again. Lovin’ so warm, movin’ so right,Closin’ our eyes and feelin’ alive, We’ll just go on burnin’ bright Somewhere in the night ♫♫♫
Goodnight friends. Feeling a lot of love out here on the platforms tonight. If you are not feeling that, remember Sammy & Family loves you and is with you. All you have to do is reach out and we’ll be there. Email is; smith7024@yahoo.com

Its your job to spread happiness
Good morning friends. You know when Sammy was a baby I saw how happy he made people from the onset. . So eventually we sat down for that father / son type of talk. I explained to him that God gave him a gift to spread happiness on a moments notice and its his obligation to use that gift.
I have to hand it to my little boy, when people want to say hi to him or take pictures of him, he sits patiently and happily for all to enjoy.
On a separate note, y’all i know how i don’t like to be the center of attention, my birthday case in point. Vanessa and I are coming up on our 2 year wedding anniversary on June 15th. Now I ask you to please completely disregard this next sentence. Please do not make a big deal out of our 2 year wedding anniversary.
OK back to reality now. The only one’s I love more then Vanessa is, Sammy, Henry, Patreeko, Kelly and Jeffrey. In all seriousness, Vanessa is more then my wife, she is my best friend. And I will say that whether we stay married forever or not, and I believe we will stay married forever. But either way, she is the greatest thing that ever happened to me. God could not have given me a better gift then her. Wherever she and the dogs are is where my home is. Plus, not to sound vain or anything, but my lord what a body she has. LOL.
Lastly, Sammy & Family wants to congratulate Olivia Lemoine and Dustin Sampey on their recent engagement. We wish them the best of luck. Most likely they will be People Magazine’s couple of the year for 2015.
Friends we will catch up with you tonight. Love always, Scott Smith.
Goodnight on Friday, June 5th, 2015
Good evening friends. Welcome to the weekend. Once again Friday magically shows up on time. Its funny, after a long week it feels like you just got out of a 15 round boxing match and you have no idea who won. Win, lose or draw, you won. The reason for that is because we know if we gave our best, and if we did, the score is meaningless, I did my job which was to give my all and that makes me a winner in itself.
We hope you all had a nice week. Not everyday is smooth, nor is it for anybody. Lets the tough times roll off your shoulders and start anew. I don’t like getting my butt kicked and dwelling on it all weekend voluntarily kicking me butt again for the second time. No, that is not intelligent. Fine life kicked my butt today, fabulous, I am going to get a big night sleep and start over tomorrow feeling stronger and better.
It’s OK to feel bad, its not OK to dwell. If dwelling helped, I would say dwell your life away. But dwelling closes the doors on new possibilities knocking at your door right now.
Let’s close with two positive notions.
1. If i got my ass kicked this week and I’m still alive, I will do better next week.
2. I have to remember to keep it simple. What do i want ? I want to be happy. You know what the equation for happiness is; Less = More.
