Good morning friends,

Perfect way to start the day today, overdosing on Love.  Patreeko is nibbling on my ear, and Henry is sitting on my lap.  Not to mention i caught Vanessa getting into her towel this morning on the way to the shower, lol.  If anyone thinks that might have been too much information, just tell me and I will erase that sentence.

OK, three positive notions to jump start this Saturday.

1. I am worth a nice day just as anyone else is.  That is a fact, believe it and own it.

2. The things that may be bothering you will soon fade away, take comfort in that, that is a scientific fact.

3. All i can try to do is the best i can and I will Not take anything personally.
