Vanessa Martinez – 5 Counts of Provable Perjury

Vanessa Martinez committed 5 counts of provable perjury between May and June of 2018

This post is dedicated to the love of my life, Patrick, who was killed in the crossfire of corruption, fraud, perjury and felonies perpetrated by Vanessa Martinez and corrupt lawyer and former Judge, Maria Luisa Sanchez Bano.

Vanessa Martinez of Puerto Rico committed at least 5 counts of provable perjury during hearings on April 21st, 2018, May 7th, June 14th, and December 15th of 2018.

As a man who grew up with 5 sisters, a mother and no father, I can say with credibility, Vanessa Martinez is a disgrace to the Me-Too movement. In order to gain an advantage in our divorce, she exploited an animal rescue incident from March 16th, 2018 of which I saved the entire household and almost got killed. As result of that exploitation, we were forced into a hotel, and inevitably into a new neighborhood where Patrick was killed. An area that was never on my radar to live.

As most of you’ve seen, I’m starting to use my First Amendment Rights to shine light on the dastardly acts inflicted upon my family and I by Vanessa Martinez and corrupt lawyer and former Judge, Maria Luisa Sanchez Bano of Toa Baja, Puerto Rico, and Hector Estela, the three time cheat, (ex wife, live in girlfriend near Manatee, and mistress Raquel Martinez) and registered animal abuser on my networks who punched my disabled dog, BabyLady in the face on December 15th, 2018. Yes, Of course I reported him.

I’ve made it clear over the years that I am family man. And while my dogs and I might not be a conventional family, we’re a family nonetheless. I don’t let people mess with family. Patrick was killed in the crossfire of corruption, Fraud, perjury and felonies committed by Vanessa Martinez and crooked attorney, Maria Luisa Sanchez.

I have written two preliminary stories about sexual predator, Jorge Martinez and registered animal abuser, Hector Estela, which can be found under “Recent Posts” on the home page this website.

This all part of a much larger feature story I am working on, which will entail text messages, emails, FB messages, transcripts, and recordings. I’m not leaving anything to conjecture. I want to show my community what fraud, perjury, and corruption can do to a family.

My only crime was I loved rescuing animals and making them happy. Vanessa resented that. Good thing for her, sister, Raquel Martinez and Hector Estela, animal abuser and 3 time cheat, (ex-wife, live in girlfriend and mistress, Raquel Martinez)  couldn’t deal with all the barking (we did have 8 dogs) being they lived right next door. So, you might say the they had a common interest.

And with that common interest, these three parasites spearheaded one of the sickest and most sadistic assaults on my life in court with outlandish fabrications and slander. Why I am coming forth with this? – Because Patrick was killed while we were chased out of town. And no way is his beautiful and sweet life will going in vain.

I have reported Vanessa Martinez to the Attorney General, The Justice Department and the Solicitor General’s office of Puerto Rico. I will NEVER STOP until justice is served. I swear on Patrick’s grave, I have total resolve regarding this matter.

The only thing that “might” be worse than being a victim, is to be falsely accused of something you were originally deemed a Hero.

Much more to come. You can stay current by following: #JusticeForPatrick on Twitter.

Sincerely,

Scott Smith, Patrick’s Father.

This is No Ordinary Love

This is no ordinary love

Good morning friends.

Happy Poppy Rocky Tuesday. A day filled with Hope and Possibilities. We have a very special Rocky Poppy Tuesday today.

This past Wednesday, just six days ago, I went our for a quick dinner and met this sweet boy in the picture with me. He was laying down right at the doorway where people entered the establishment. People literally had to step over him to get inside.

This poor boy was laying down because he was exhausted from walking endlessly and aimlessly.

I decided to bring him some food and sit with him for a while. From there, I took him to a veterinarian’s office and had him safely boarded.

He’s a black Labrador and sweet as sugar. I named him Lucky. Since last Wednesday, everyday after work I go play with him where he’s being boarded. Yesterday I took him to a close by park to run  and play. Lucky had the time of his life.

Currently, I’m looking to find him a home. He’s about 10 months old, maybe one year.  I have a few leads back in the states, but was curious if anyone out here was interested too.

With that said, I hope Vanessa will let me keep him. Because like the title says, “this is no ordinary love.

Once again, life shows us anything can happen on any given day. Let’s stay positive and keep the faith.

Mother’s Day – 2017

Mother's Day 2017

Mothers Day — Because without them, none of us would be here. Our mothers gave us the gift of life. Our Mothers signed up for a life of unwavering love and loyalty.

To all the mothers around the world, today is your day. We salute you.

Happy Mothers Day.

It was a random Thursday, 519 days ago

It was a random Thursday, 519 days ago, when I met, Rocky, “My Little Big Guy”

This is the same park I found him in on November 19th, 2015.

He was frail and sick.

Today he is healthy, happy and an integral part of our family.

Him and I are like peas and carrots.

In the time of forever, I will love him.

Happy Thursday friends.

Good morning friends.

Happy Poppy Rocky Tuesday. A day filled with Hope and Possibilities. Remember if the Pops and Rocky can make it, anyone can.

Nobody had the decks stacked more against them than the Pops and Rocky. The odds on them having a good life, were zero. But it happened anyway. Because when it comes to love, hope and faith, the odds just fade away.

I feel like Poppy Rocky Tuesdays is becoming everyone’s favorite day of the week. I Guess we can all relate to being the underdog at times.

OK, being it’s the day of Hope and Possibilities, let’s kick this day off with two positive notions.

1. I was a free man the day I stopped relying on what people thought of me in order to be happy. It’s nice to be well liked. But it’s not a prerequisite for me to like myself.

2. I’m going to give “today” my best — from there, the chips will fall where they fall. Trying to control anyone or anything but ourselves, would be like trying to control if sun rises in the morning. Grab a handle of that reality and you’ll be going with the flow rather than swimming upstream.

Good morning friends.

Happy Poppy Rocky Tuesday. A day filled with Hope and Possibilities. Remember, if the Pops and Rocky can make it, anyone can. Anytime you’re feeling a little defeated, think of the Pops and Rocky and put the wind back into your sails.

You can use me as a resource as well. Today I live in Puerto Rico with my wife and our 6 dogs. The odds of that happening were zero. But it happened anyway. Love, Hope and faith can trounce any odds.

OK, let’s kick this day off with two positive notions.

1. Today is a gift. Good, bad or indifferent, it’s a gift. We know that because many people that were here with us yesterday, are no longer with us.

2. If you want something to change, you have to change something. What will you do differently today so that tomorrow is not like yesterday ??

Kelly

Good morning friends.

Happy Poppy Rocky Tuesday. A day filled with Hope and Possibilities. Remember, if the Pops and Rocky can make it, anyone can.

So today, Kelly decided to lead us out for Poppy Rocky Tuesday. As many of know, Kelly was rescued off the street as well. She was found living near a college close to Vanessa’s house. Anytime we drive past the college we feel very grateful we got the chance to rescue her.

Once again, another display of love, hope and faith defying all of the odds. Anything can happen on any given day. We just need to keep and open mind and open heart.

Time to Rock the Casbah.

Day 780 here in Puerto Rico and day 468 since we rescued. Rocky.
