Good morning friends. Hope everyone had a nice sleep. As you can see Sammy and Henry are doing a little brotherly bonding here. Sammy is taking a brake from tutoring Henry on the Ipad. As you can see by Henry’s expression he is having trouble finding a “Cheese” application, Henry has a one track mind.
OK, lets start this day of with two positive notions;
1. Today is a new day and I deserve a good day just like anyone else.
2. I am going to eliminate the terms, should’ve, would’ve, could’ve from my vocabulary. You know why that is so important ? Number one its in the past, and number two, fixating on those terms inhibits us from inviting new experiences into our lives that will make those old mistakes fade away like a leaf in the wind. Stay in the day, don’t hide behind terms like that because you are scared of the unknown. The unknown is exciting and has unlimited possibilities.

This little boy has mastered the art of making a day out of nothing. Sammy is sitting alone and is as happy as a clam. He is own source of happiness and contentment.

1. I look inward for happiness, nothing externally can make me happy.

We have a very special feature today. Sammy & Family searched all over the Earth to find this story and yet it was right in front of us the whole time. We all know the term “Selfie” by now which means a person taking a picture of themselves. The Selfie was born from Social Media. In fact just two years ago nobody even heard of Selfie’s, its really a new phenomenon.
But three years ago, two sisters from Puerto Rico took a picture of themselves so they could both be in the picture. Hence the word “Selfie” — And low and behold my friends, those two sisters are Vanessa Martinez and Raquel Martinez. Yes, my wife and my sister in law. This is no joke, Vanessa and Raquel, just two nice women from Puerto Rico created The Selfie Generation and its here to stay.
Please allow me to elaborate the significance of their discovery. Over 100 Million Selfies are taken a day. So in a month 3 billion Selfies are taken by people Think of how staggering those numbers are.
Raquel and Vanessa Martinez have changed the face of Social Media forever. This discovery by them is as significant as when Neil Armstrong landed on the moon in 1969. We all know about the 7 wonders of the world, well now there are 8 wonders of the world, and the eighth wonder is called the “Selfie”
I am so proud of my wife Vanessa and her sister Raquel for changing the world as we know it. Additionally I feel like social media should acknowledge their revolutionary breakthrough and change the name “Selfie” to VRelfie. (Vanessa + Raquel + Selfie = “VRelfie”)
And that my friends is the history of the “Selfie” which is now called the “VRelfie”
Vanessa and I have decided to watch Sharkando tonight at the drive in movie theater. Really scary movie, these sharks literally look like they’re going to swim into our car and bite our heads off.
But them I remembered the lyrics to a song that immediately calmed me down.

Not to mention i caught Vanessa getting into her towel this morning on the way to the shower, lol. OK, three positive notions to jump start this Saturday.
1. I am worth a nice day just as anyone else is. That is a fact, believe it and own it.
2. The things that may be bothering you will soon fade away, take comfort in that, that is a scientific fact.

Good morning friends. It’s great to be alive on May 29th, 2015. Friday showed up right on time as usual. The question of the day is; What will I trade this day of my life for so tomorrow I am happy about it ?

1. I’m in the business of seeking happiness.
2. I want friends in my life that make me happy.

Welcome to my 6th birthday. Remember the math, you take your current age (46) and subtract the year you kind of figured life out (40), so 46 – 40 = 6 years old.
