Dr. Harp Seal is The Quintessential Harp Seal

Dr. Harp Seal is the Quintessential

Good morning friends.

Dr. Harp Seal here. Thank you stopping by.

We caught the Doctor in action yesterday. He is tireless researcher and was seconds away from a major discovery. You can almost see him thinking his research through.

Then suddenly he turned to me and said “If the majority of things we worry about don’t come to pass, shouldn’t we worry less ? He showed me the mathematics behind this notion;

Happiness – Worry = More Happiness.

Needless to say I was blown away with how clear that is. Dr. Harp Seal is the Quintessential Harp Seal.

C and D can mean many things

Good morning friends.

So this morning we brought you Vitamin C and Vitamin D.  The Vitamin C is from the smiles, and the Vitamin D is from the sun.  On a side note, the letters C and D ring close to home as those were my grades through Junior high and high school.   Fortunately my father was very gracious about it, he told me “D” stands for Dandy, and “C” stands for courageous.

I guess its like they say; ” Our perception is our reality”

Happy Friday.

Good Morning from Kathy Curran & Family

Good morning friends.

A little over a year ago we had the pleasure of meeting Kathy and family from Atlanta Georgia. They were nice enough to drop by while they were in NYC.  It was a real treat for Sammy as you can see.  He had a blast with them.

I guess this is what the Beatles meant in 1967 when they sang; ♫♫♫ I get by with a little help from my friends ♫♫♫

Have a great Thursday.

Good morning from Kathy & Family from Atlanta

Sammy and the Snow

Good morning friends.

On Monday it was “Sammy and the Sand” and on Wednesday it’s “Sammy and the Snow” — Now is that diversification or what ?  I always said from the time he was a baby; “Sammy Loves The World”

Happy Wednesday.

A Man Who Has Not Seen The Beach In Ten Years

A Man and The Beach

Good morning friends.

Last time I was on beach was ten years ago in Puerto Rico.  Different life back then, yes, but same beach.

Its funny, ten years ago at the end of 2004, beginning of 2005 I was staying at the El San Juan hotel by the airport, when i left that week I never realized it would be a decade until i walked on sand again.

So what happens when you basically don’t leave the Island of Manhattan for ten or eleven years ?  Well for one thing, you might walk on a beach when its 88 degrees and sunny with sneakers, jeans and a black t-shirt.

Notice i didn’t mention the NYC sequined baseball hat that I am also wearing.  The reason is because you can take the boy out of NY, but you can’t take the NY out of the boy.

Forgive me for featuring myself on The Good News Channel today but every now and again a person needs the starring role.

Happy Sunday Funday.

Knockout Photo With Sylvester Stallone

Sly Stallone and three tourists

Good evening friends,

How lucky are these three guys.  What are the odds of running into Stallone on the famous stairs in Philadelphia that he ran up in 1976 ?  Slim to none.  But every once in a while life throws you a gift.  Well for Peter Rowe and his two friends yesterday was that day.  It happens to be that Sylvester Stallone was in Philadelphia once again for the last Rocky Installment being filmed called; “Creed”

Sammy & Family and Their New Digs

Sammy & Family and Their new digs

Good morning friends.

The crew and I were having a dandy old time last night at the Martinez Residence.  Just a week ago we landed in Puerto Rico and it already feels like home.  The boys could not be happier.  I can’t believe how quickly they adjusted.  Patrick and Kelly are inseparable at this point.   A boy and a girl at the same age, yeah, I’m not surprised.

We were not able to get George (Vanessa’s dad) in the picture or Jeffrey, maybe next time. Raquel is not in the picture because she took the picture.  I suggested to the crew that we buy a long Selfie stick so everyone can be included.  So that’s the morning story friends.

Happy Sunday Funday.
