“Here’s the money..” Luna meowed in a moderately loud tone as she threw the bag of money to the warehouse floor.She stared up at the two dogs standing on a larger platform above her.It wasn’t that high up but high enough to where using her usually silent voice, would get no response.The yellow greenland dog blinked and barked “It’s about time you showed up..! Your pretty damn slow when it comes to this, kitty! You’ve got four legs on you, so start using them more appropriately! ” He exclaimed in a rather antsy tone.The green tamaskan closed his eyes and suddenly the bag of money was being levitated off of the ground with the power of his necklace.Once the bag was closed enough, Makani grabbed it in his jaws and threw it to Gemini.Makani rolled his eyes “What did you expect,Gemini? Cat’s couldn’t speed things along to save their own lives.They must be slow in the head also!” Makani glanced back at the wounded cat,smirking.

Luna winced and sat down.She couldn’t please these two no matter how hard she tried! “Well, sorry.” She apologized rather sarcastically and began to lick her currently bleeding paw.Makani padded over to the edge of the platform and glared down at the cat, while Gemini checked to see if they got the amount of money they were promised.The tamaskan examined her wounds then commented “You look like shit.What happened?”.Luna stared at him then mewled flatly “That pack you sent me off to collect the money from..”Sky Dwellers”? They thought I was lying when I told them I was collecting for you guys..So I had to steal it from them and in the process..” She lifted her wounded paw then continued “got hurt!”.She looked back down and continued to tend to her wound.Gemini looked up from the money when he heard what Luna said.He glanced to Makani in confusion. “Are they THAT paranoid? They knew that we were the only ones who knew about the deal because of how quiet we’ve been about it.Who else would have known?” Gemini said in annoyance.Makani flicked his tail nonchalantly and replied,still looking at Luna “Well..she DOES look a little shady..I mean, all cats do.We should of explained we had a feline working for us in the first place..I mean the minute they saw some overgrown,blue rat stating that she was supposed to collect money from them, they must have been a little suspicious about how truthful she could be..”.Luna tried hard to keep a pokerface but resentment showed in her features.Makani took off his necklace and set it aside,his fur turning from green to it’s natural, light brown color.He looked to Gemini. “Is that all the money?”.Gemini nodded and put the bag down “Yeah.At least they aren’t flaking on us! We are just gonna have to explain this misunderstanding, thats all!”.Luna heard this and stood up, “So can I go now?”.
“Yeah, go away.” Gemini said quickly,as he began to put all the money in a pile.

Luna was just about to leave when she remembered something..The only reason she was working for the Young Bloods was because she needed to get Gemini enough money to regain the amount of drugs she destroyed.However she remembered Tommy happily mentioning that Gemini was getting off drugs a while ago..if that was true, she wouldn’t have to work for them anymore.It’s not like she had gotten any money in return anyway.The only money she would get was the amount Tommy would be generous enough to share with her when they saw each other.However they hardly crossed paths any more as Tommy was constantly doing jobs specifically assigned by Nashira nowadays.Luna stopped in her tracks and turned around quickly. “Um..Gemini?”.Gemini sighed “What do you want?”.Luna flattened her ears “…Do you still do drug-” Gemini sprang up “What? Drugs?! No.I don’t do drugs anymore.I quit! What are you saying, that I’m too weak?! THAT I CAN’T QUIT? Well I did! So ha!” Gemini yapped defensively.He hated when people accused him of still doing drugs.Makani blinked at Gemini’s tirade then glanced down at Luna,raising an eyebrow.Luna sputtered before replying “Well the only reason I’ve been working for you is because I needed to get you money.The money was going to be put towards the same amount of drugs that I had destroyed, so it would be like nothing happened..” Her voice cracked several times during her sentence.Gemini tilted his head “So?”.Luna looked annoyed and raised her ears “SO, if you aren’t on drugs, I don’t need to get you the drug money! So that means I’m done working for you guys!” Luna said angrily.Gemini didn’t say anything as he thought it over.Makani stepped forward, to the edge of the platform and snapped “Still, Gemini wasted a lot of damn money getting his stupid drugs!” Makani glared at Gemini,who in return, looked away in shame.Makani looked back down at Luna “And being that YOU destroyed those drugs, he wasted that money for nothing.At least ,when he was pissing away the money for drugs, he was wasting it on something in general..Something that could kill him, sure, but something nonetheless…So you still owe us that money! Except that now, HE isn’t going to try to waste it on some fatal substance.”.Luna looked as if she was in despair when she realized that she would still be stuck working for them “But…- But..So, how much money do I still owe you..?! When am I going to be done?! How much longer do I have to keep doing stuff for you guys?!”.Makani growled “When me and Nashira say so! We know the amount of money Gemini spent on that supply of drugs more then Gemini himself does..Probably because he was too fucking busy inhaling powder and shoving needles into his limbs to pay attention!” Makani directed his gaze at Gemini once more and Gemini grimaced “Shut up!”.Makani rolled his eyes at Gemini’s petty response,then looked back at Luna “We know the amount of drugs you destroyed, we know how much they costed and we are certain that you are far from done! You shouldn’t be complaining right now in the first place, you ungrateful little bitch..We could have killed you in the first place, but we were kind enough to allow you to work for us.Now run along,fur ball! I’ll come fetch you when you have some sort of use to us!”.Makani and Gemini turned back to the bag,going to take the rest of the money out of it.Luna stood there in shock..Tommy was the one who convinced them not to kill her.She was grateful towards him…but she had nothing to be grateful for when it came to these two dogs and she wasn’t about to tolerate their rudeness.

Luna’s expression of shock quickly turned to anger as she shouted “Fuck you, you scraggly-furred mutt!”.Overwhelming silence washed over them.Gemini looked up and looked back at Makani,surprised by Luna’s burst of anger.The only prominent emotion Luna ever showed was fear,so her current rebellion was rather shocking.Makani’s ear twitched and he slowly turned around “What did you say?”.Luna herself was surprised by her outburst but she just couldn’t control herself anymore..The silence continued.Luna did not answer as she was trying to figure out if what she just did was a horrible idea.Makani jumped down from the platform and began to inch towards Luna,his muzzle curling into a snarl “WHAT did you say?!” He asked again.Luna confirmed in her head that..it WAS a pretty horrible idea.As Makani stopped right in front of her,anger became more obvious in his features.Though he was usually very mellow, he could become terrifyingly enraged when being disrespected to his face.Luna stared up at him,managing to keep a fierce expression.Luna began to think to herself that if she was going to die right now, she might as well stick with her repressed hatred towards the tamaskan.She blinked and her pupils became dilated “I said..”Fuck you, you scraggly.furred.MUTT!””.Without warning, Luna unsheathed her claws and scratched Makani’s face.Makani recoiled in pain briefly but then lunged forward to attack her.She dodged him,however his fangs nicked her ear.Gemini whipped around and jumped down to assist Makani.Gemini ran beside Makani,fangs bared threateningly at the smaller cat in front of them.Luna did not pay attention to the greenland dog however as she was already locked onto the tamaskan.Makani quickly wiped the blood off of his face and growled.

A scene in Young Blood, written out.Luna is fed up with Makani and she snaps at him.She then physically attacks him when he gets in her face..The only time Luna ever shows any courage…The only time Luna refuses to apologize when in serious danger..What will happen to Luna? Will Makani and Gemini kill her? Or will she escape?
