Good evening friends.

Welcome to the weekend.  Friday showed up right on time as it always does.  It’s great to be here with everyone, it’s my favorite part of the day.

We hope you all had a nice week.  Its good to be home with Vanessa, her dad, and our five dogs. Life was really good today on Friday, April 17th, 2015.  Day 97 here in Puerto Rico.

If anyone had a tough week, give yourself a break.  We do the best we can and that’s all anyone can ask.  Many times I have said if any of our friends need to reach out to me, do not hesitate.  I don’t hind behind my screen names and profile pictures.  I always make myself accessible when someone emails me or calls me.  I bring this up because I don’t claim to have all the answers, but i have experienced a lot in this life, and enjoy sharing those experiences with those in need.

So you should all know that invitation is always on the table.  I have helped  a lot people around the world feel just a little better to get some wind back in their sails and start anew.  I am able to do this because of all the beat downs I have had in life and have made it through.   o to my friends in need, stay focused, keep your hope alive and you can lean on me if you need to.
