On Friday’s we can really understand where the expression; “Thank God it’s Friday came from”  — We hope everyone had a nice week. And even if you did not, you got through and you’re still standing. That in itself is to be admired.

Lets kick this weekend off with two Positive Notions.

1. Great things can happen to your life at any moment. Let’s try to stay open to that. It resets our energy for Positive things to happen.

2. I don’t need to be right. I want to be happy…. But sure, if I can have both, I will take that any day of the week.
