Good morning friends.

Its great to be alive on October 22nd, 2015.  It didn’t have to be this way, thank God that it is. This is Jo Ann and Sammy catching a great photo opp with the Empire State Building in background.  My mother is 5 feet, 1 inch, and Sammy is one foot.  So together they are 6.1 feet tall.  Which is kind of odd because they look like they are half the size of the Empire State Building.  I guess is what they mean when they say: “Optical Illusion”

OK friends, lets kick this day off with two Positive Notions.

1. Remember to the youngies out here, A.D.D. and ADHC is a gift, not a condition.  It means you already know what the other person is trying to say before they say it, and you just want them to move onto the next topic.

2. Here’s what I say to someone who is fired up about something way to early in the morning; “Hey man, do you know where i can buy some frozen snickers around here ?  That my friends is how you bring someone to an immediate halt and silence.

Day 285 here in Puerto Rico.  I still have not progressed in speaking Spanish at all. I have improved my social media skills if that counts for anything.  #Prioritizing
