Good morning friends.

Happy Poppy Rocky Tuesday. A day filled with Hope and Possibilities. Remember if the Pops and Rocky can make it, anyone can.

So Poppo and I came to wish everyone a fabulous Tuesday.  And Poppo was not a typo for Poppy. As a result of my love for little Patrick being at all time highs, somehow “Poppo” has emerged.

OK, let’s kick this day off with two Positive Notions;

1. Just because we were like that, does not mean we have to stay like that. Today is a new day and we can start anew.  We are not destined to repeat our past. We have the right for new endeavors.

2. What will we trade this day of our life for so tomorrow we’re happy about it ?
