Good evening friends.  Friday showed up right on time as it always does.  I never got my barrings this week until just yesterday.

We hope everyone had a nice weekend.  Life was good today on April 24, 2015.  There was a lot of love on the platforms today.  You can feel the weekend giddiness behind all the posts from platform to platform.  I guess that’s why its called “TGIG”  – – Well we worked hard all week, so I think that means we are entitled to play hard all weekend. Constructively of course. Noting worse then beating the hell out of yourself on a weekend, and needing the work week to recoup.  Been there done that, conclusion; No Upside.

3. Listen, I know I said i would start my diet today, but its the weekend, I promise I’ll start Monday.
