Good evening friends. It’s great to be here with everyone. Friday showed up right on time as it always it does. We hope everyone had a great week. If you didn’t, try it to let go. You can always pick the war back up on Monday. The weekends are to rejuvenate not to ruminate, but to rejuvenate.
My motto years ago was if the week ended poorly, make sure to ruin the weekend. So when Monday came around again, i would say to myself; “Thank God its Monday” so I can correct the way last week ended. That is a Perfect example of blurred mental vision. I bring this up in case anyone is caught in that kind of thinking, its totally false. Its the complete opposite. If Life or work kicked your butt last week, you better soak up some joy on the weekend and level the playing field in your favor.
OK, let’s kick tonight off with two positive notions.
1. Its important to say what you mean and mean what you say. Otherwise don’t say it because it sends out mixed signals and you end up with the short side of the stick.
2. “What counts in the ring is what you can do after you’re exhausted.” — Muhammad Ali — #TheGreatest
