Good evening friends.

We have very special visitors tonight. This is Lloyd Lapidus and his 3 year old rescue, Jax. Lloyd is my best friend.  We have known each other for 42 years.  He also gave a great speech at Vanessa’s and my wedding in June of 2013.

Although history has tied the two of us together, more importantly, Lloyd and I grew up with dogs and still love animals til this very day.  Lloyd has been an animal lover since hes 5 years old, so have I. We share that common bond on top of the history we have.

You can see the happiness resonate through this picture of Lloyd and Jax. Lloyd showed me some pictures earlier of Jax before they rescued him.  Its night and day. When they are abandoned, as time moves on, their spirits becomes defeated.  That is why rescuing animals is so crucial. It gives them a second chance. A reigniting of their spirits.  And for that gift we give them, they take our lives to a higher sense of purpose and happiness.  That’s how the expression; “Who Rescued who” came about.

Sammy & Family wants to thank Lloyd Lapidus and family for making the world a better place, one animal at a time.  Lloyd is my brother from another mother, which is a great thing because i have 5 sisters.  So I needed a brother.  Mitchell Nathason is our other brother from another mother too. But because he does Not have a Facebook account, he is beneath Lloyd on the hierarchy with me.
